By using Cash For Cars South Auckland's services, you agree to these terms.

Quotes

Cash quotes provided over phone or online are estimates based on the information you provide. Final offer is confirmed at pickup after physical inspection. We reserve the right to adjust if vehicle condition materially differs from your description.

Ownership

By selling a vehicle to us, you confirm you are the legal owner or have legal authority to sell. You agree to provide valid photo ID and sign the NZTA notice of disposal.

Payment

Payment is made by cash or bank transfer at the time of vehicle collection.

Pickup

Free pickup is provided across all South Auckland suburbs. We are not responsible for any damage to property during reasonable pickup operations.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the agreed purchase price of the vehicle. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
